I am in network with DMBA, Selecthealth, and United Healthcare (UMR/OPTUM) insurances. You can also request superbills to claim on out of network insurance plans.

Individual Therapy
These are one on one sessions where together we work on the issues bringing you to therapy. Unless otherwise agreed upon sessions are 50-55 minutes in length. Occasionally, you may ask a loved one to join an individual therapy session so they can learn how to better support you.
Assessment Session: $225

Group Therapy
I provide a variety of group therapy options depending on client demand. Frequent offerings include OCD and Anxiety Support Groups, Chronic Illness Support Groups, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions combination group and individual sessions, and skills groups. Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)
This a form of therapy that works to help the individual struggling with OCD and/or anxiety disorders by working with their loved ones to teach ways to provide support and remove accommodations (ways others feed into compulsive actions such as providing repeated reassurances). I offer SPACE therapy through a variety of formats including individual sessions with the loved ones, having loved ones join in on sessions with the client struggling with OCD and/or anxiety disorders, and group sessions mixed with individual sessions.

Presentations and Consulting
I offer individual and group presentations and training on topics related to my specialties. For both presentations and consulting I offer a free 20 minute consultation. I have recorded CEs on topics related to my specialties in partnership with Rise Healthcare Network that can be found through this link: https://www.risehn.com/continuing-education.
Individual and/or group training/consulting: $200 an hour *if you would like to trade training or consultation other agreements can be made.
Presentations costs will be discussed in the consultation (varies based on number of attendees etc).
